Blown Film Extrusion of polypropylene (PP) plastic film is a process widely used for packaging consumer and industrial items, including food, clothing, textiles, and everyday essentials. The screw material cylinder is expertly constructed from 38 CrMoAl alloy steel, treated with nitrogen to enhance its rigidity and resistance to corrosion.
The mold head incorporates hard chromium plating and features a screw mandrel design, facilitating consistent and smooth material flow. It is equipped with attributes such as uniform air-jet output, automated temperature regulation, and automatic heating.
Additionally, the water-cooling system ensures that the final film product achieves a high level of transparency.
